If you are to send your device to us and it is less in size than a TV set, we recommend that you use our 2R address label (within Norway only). You can order it simply at the same time as you register your repair at Service-web. As to other products, contact us for information and appointment about transportation.
If you bought your Sigma at Elkjøp or Lefdal or any other store not mentioned above, and the product is within warranty, you will have to address the store where you bought it to get service.
