Repair:

Preexamination fee is the amount we charge for repairs that are not carried out, notwithstanding that the customer does not want his device back. If the repair is carried out, this fee ceases to apply.

Minimum price is the least that will be charged for the repair. If parts must be changed or the repair takes more time than the minimum charged for, the amount will be larger, dependent on the size of the job.

Urgent service:

If urgent service  was ordered, 20% will be added to the invoice.

2R (consignment to workshop)

If you have made use of our 2R parcel label, we charge you with 128 kroner, VAT included, for the consignment to our workshop. This also applies in the case of guarantee/defect repair. The exception is some brands when the dealer also covers expenses for consignment to workshop in connection with guarantee service.

Consignment from workshop:

Consignment Business to Business (Bedriftspakke) is the amount charged for return, including packing and consignment insurance if you have credit with us. We use Bedriftspakke, door to door.

Consignment Cash On Delivery (Oppkrav) is the amount charged for return, including packing and consignment insurance if you don't have credit with us. Out of price consideration we use a standard cash on delivery parcel. The C.O.D. fee will then cover both the repair and consignment costs.
